Leech Tishman is pleased to announce the addition of a new attorney to the firm, Laura-Michelle Horgan. Based in the New York office, Horgan will join the firm as a Partner in the Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property Practice Groups, where she focuses her practice on representing public and private companies in litigation, corporate, and intellectual property matters.
Horgan has over 20 years of litigation experience, both in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings. She has brought numerous matters to highly successful conclusions for her clients, including obtaining and collecting on multimillion dollar judgments on contract and fraud claims, as well as the swift dismissal of claims brought against them. Horgan also has substantial experience in bringing and defending civil fraud claims, conducting internal investigations, and issuing advisory opinions on compliance with securities law.
