Leech Tishman is pleased to announce the addition of a new attorney to the firm, Russell D. Giancola. Based in the Pittsburgh office, Giancola will join the firm as Counsel in Leech Tishman’s Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution, Construction, and Labor & Employment Practice Groups, where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation and election law.
Giancola has worked with businesses in the construction, financial, healthcare, maritime, and telecom industries. He brings litigation experience in title and warranty claims, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, breach of contract actions, insurance coverage, employment, and professional liability claims, and is experienced in conducting corporate and internal investigations. Giancola election law practice includes representing local, state, and federal candidates and political committees. He has handled a variety of election disputes, including election contests, nomination objections, recounts, challenges regarding absentee and mail-in ballots, and redistricting and reapportionment litigation.
